(International Sahaja Tantra Teacher Training)

The Sahaja Tantra Teacher Training is a 21 day intensive journey into the heart of love, contact and the freedom of natural being - a journey through all aspects of the way of Sahaja Tantra. Whether you actually want to work as a Tantra teacher or not, this 21 days will transform and expand your ability to live and love in a way, that you probably cannot even imagine at the moment.
 

You can use these 21 days as an intensive form of self exploration and inner awakening, as a training and initiation into the art of love, touching, contact, sexuality and relationships or as a powerful vision for a new profession that could not be more alive and fulfilling.
 

Today, there is quite a large variety of very different tantric schools in existence. Some of them focus completely on therapy and actually do not really teach anything practical about love and sexuality. Other schools limit themselves by focusing only on the sexual aspects of Tantra, and thus also remain quite superficial. Yet again, some schools understand Tantra as mere meditation techniques or philosophy, and indulge only in the spiritual aspect of the upper chakras.

 

Sahaja Tantra is an holistic and all encompassing approach, that will guide you to freedom, joy and fulfillment on all levels of being and all chakras - to inner awakening and ecstasy as well as to a sensual, joyful and passionate way of living.

 

After completing this training you will feel a deep and strong connection with your body and its senses. This will enable you to more easily connect with other individuals and to do this in love. You will also be able to give touching and transformative massages and enjoy being a fabulous lover. You will recognize inner freedom and clarity as your true being, and always be able to come back to this, the deepest core of your being.
 

And apart from all these benefits, you will also learn to guide and pass on all these wonderful experiences in a relaxed and powerful way to others.
 

 

 

 

 

The path of Tantra -

Sahaja Tantra - Teacher Training

 

Location of training

 

The venue for this first Sahaja Tantra teacher training will be in the wonderful Northern Drakensberg Mountains in South Africa. The retreat center lies at the top of the magnificent mountain range and has a phenomenal view of the surrounding area around. We will do many of the exercises outside, for example the intuitive yoga, the meditation, the senses-exercises. The beautiful and spacious seminar room will be used for tantric massages and love rituals. There is also a small indoor pool within a beautiful indoor garden and there are natural basins and dams for swimming in the area around the retreat center. There is also a larger indoor pool in the main guest house situated within walking distance from the Barnhouse that we have rented for the training.
 

Frequently asked questions

 

 

How many participants will there be in the training and what kind of people will be participating?

 

The size of the group will be 10 to 20 people from Germany and South Africa (possibly also from other European countries). We are especially looking forward to this unique mixture of very different people. All the teaching will be held both in English and German (everything will be translated).
 

 

Who is this training designed for?

This training is open for everybody who has a deep desire for clearing and wants to explore love, contact, touch, sexuality, relationships and inner freedom. It is not necessary that you have the motivation to become a Tantra teacher. This would however be another powerful motivation for the training.

If you are not satisfied after completing the training, and think we exaggerated in our description of the training, we will return your training fee in full. Sahaja Tantra training themes

 

The 21 days of training encompass the themes of all the four areas of the
Sahaja Tantra path in theory and practice. You can find a more detailed description about these four aspects at "About Sahaja Tantra".

 

The general daily structure of the training will be about as follows:

 

8 – 9 : tantric exercises and teachings - part 1

9 – 10 : breakfast

10 – 13 : tantric exercises and teachings - part 2

14 – 15 : lunch break

15 – 17 : free time + individual exercises

17 – 18 : tantric exercises and teachings - part 3

18 – 20 : dinner and evening break

20 – 23 : tantric exercises and teachings - part 4

 

Apart from this daily routine we will take time to explore the wonderful surroundings of the Northern Drakensberg region and in addition you will also enjoy some still very secretive surprises that we have install for you.
 

After completing the 21 days of training you will have the experience and knowledge to explore the depths of Tantra on your own for the rest of your life. Through the training you will have learnt how to develop and deepen this knowledge on your own, without having to rely on further external guidance. With each experience of the exercises and rituals that Sahaja Tantra offers, you will open up new levels of understanding and experience - no matter how far you have already travelled on the path. And you will also have the inner security, needed to guide others through the exercises and rituals.
 

On completion, you will receive a certificate about all the above aspects of Sahaja Tantra. You will also be eligible for membership with the National Institute of Tantra South Africa (NITSA) and the International Institute of Tantra.
 

If you want to join the Sahaja Tantra teacher - tradition and network and officially work as a Sahaja Tantra teacher, you will have to fullfill the following three other prerequisites:

 

• Theory examination about the knowledge of the Sahaja Tantra path
• Pratical examination in teaching the exercises and rituals of the Sahaja Tantra path
• Completing all the basic exercises of the Sahaja Tantra book of exercises

Training facilitators

 

Nils Kriedner (Trainer): Founder of the Sahaja Tantra way, many years of experience with Tantra groups, certified Tantra, Yoga, meditation and advaita teacher, trainings in Europe, India, Japan, Australia, USA with many different spiritual teachers and spiritual masters. Author of an important German Tantra book.

Sophie Winkler (Assistant Trainer): Professional dancer and Tantra massage therapist, many years of experience in different body and emotional therapies, massage and Tantra groups, founder of the Berlin Tantra massage institute "Garden of earthly delights".

Ma Anand Leandra (Guest Trainer): Professional art therapist, Tantra
massage specialist and Tantra coach in South Africa. She runs a busy Tantra Sacred Massage practice in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban and is founder of the Durga Tantra School. Her training and over 30 years of experience working with groups and individuals includes a large variety of psychotherapeutic disciplines and body-work therapies.

Is it really possible to learn all these different aspects of Sahaja Tantra in just 21 days and even learn how to teach it? Doesn't it need a much longer time to integrate all of the teachings?

 

Sahaja Tantra is not a system where you "learn" something in the conventional understanding of the word. It is a very different teaching system. Sahaja Tantra just consists of exercises and rituals for awakening and personal inner growth in all the aspects of Tantra. In the 21 days you will easily and deeply experience these for yourself and also guide others in these exercises and rituals. There is nothing special that you have to be able to perform in the exercises. It is all about personal experience.

 

If Sahaja Tantra would consist of a rigid and dogmatic knowledge and ability then it would indeed be impossible to learn it in 21 days. It would then probably take years or even decades. But because of the wisdom to pass on the "knowledge" in the form of exercises that enable personal experiences it is possible to learn the complete path in these three weeks.

After learning the exercises and rituals you can then explore and deepen your understanding for your whole life.

 

So these 21 days are actually an initiation in a path that will never end but that will make you feel home right from the beginning...

 

 

How can I use the knowledge transmitted in the training in a professional way?

After completing the training you will be able to work with Tantra and holistic massages, guide and teach people in individual sessions in all aspects of the Sahaja Tantra system and you will be empowered to organize and teach Tantra, meditation and massage in group workshops.
 

 

I am completely passionate about this training but I don't have enough money to participate. What can I do?

 

The costs of the training are based on the "Value your price" - model. That means that we give you the freedom to decide how much you can and are willing to pay for the training (in the frame of the price range). We don't want anybody not being able to participate because of the money issue.

 

If you don't even have enough money for the minmum cost you might ask yourself if there is really no way for you to finance it. Most people spend a lot of money for different material things but are not willing to pay for their own personal growth. So in most cases it is just a question of priority. If you are really passionate about the training you will surely find a way to finance it. If this is not possible at all please feel free to contact us and maybe we find a solution together.

Requirements for participation

 

• Minimum age of 18 years and a personal interview with one of the facilitators (also possible via phone)
• Openness for new experiences and the willingness to grow and confront old personal conditioning.
• Some prior experience in meditation, tantra, massage or yoga is advisable but not required if there is a deep desire to learn.

 

 

 

Costs of the training

Training fee: R 12.500 - R 25.000 (You decide how much you are able and willing to pay)

Accomodation fee (including all meals): R 7.350 (double room) / R 5.250 (dormitory)
 

If you come from outside of South Africa you preferably fly to Durban. From Durban Leandra will organize the further travel to the Drakensberge Mountains. I don't know these costs but it won't be too much.
