About Sahaja Tantra
Sahaja Tantra is one of many different existing Tantra schools. It has developped in many years from traditional tantric scriptures and from the experience in teaching Tantra to modern people.
The word "Sahaja" literally means "natural, spontanous, intuitive". And this natural spontanity is the essential element that distinguishes Sahaja Tantra from most other tantric schools. All rituals and exercises are designed to give you maximum freedom to find your own form that is suitable for you.
For example if you do any kind of Sahaja Tantra body exercise you will not practice any rigid form, as for example in tradtional yoga, but instead you will learn to use the wisdom and natural intuition of your body. This divine intuition will then naturally guide you to find movemet and positioning that is perfect for your body. It is not necessary to copy any kind of fixed form. Instead everything that brings awareness and inner freedom is helpful and you are taught to find this and not to copy some form.
In the same way all exercises and rituals of being in contact are designed. For example if you learn Sahaja Tantra massage you will not learn a rigid form of step-by-step massage but instead you will learn and explore different kind of touching tools, keys, dynamics and inner attitudes. Then you are encouraged to intuitively explore these in a ritual and find your own unique way of massage ritual. And each time you do this ritual you will expand your knowledge and learn something deeper. So your learning and expanding will never end. You will never say: Now I "know" tantra or tantra massage. Because you will ever go deeper and deeper and higher and higher.
And this is how the whole Sahaja Tantra path is designed. Shortly spoken: Sahaja Tantra shows you how to learn Tantra and how to adapt it to your own unique beingness.

Seduction & The art of relationships
Many people today practice Tantra only in workshops or in special circles or groups and do not succeed in living the openness and sensuality in their daily contact with "normal" relationships with people. In that way Tantra often stays an experience that is cut off from the contact with "normal" people. In this fourth area of Sahaja Tantra you will learn to openly and authentically come into contact with people and how to live fullfilling relationships. The conrete teaching themes are:
